For Sale: Winchester Model 94AE Trapper SRC Special Order, Rare

Winchester Model 94AE Trapper SRC chambered in .45 Long Colt and manufactured in 1987 by the Winchester Custom Gun Shop. Only one of 250 made for the Winchester Arms Collectors Association (W.A.C.A), making this a hard-to-find rifle and rare in this condition.

This is a beautiful, like new, in the box, never fired firearm that was purchased by the previous owner and then put away in storage and still has some of the original factory coating. The high luster XTR blue finish is perfect, as is the commemorative grade American walnut stock and forearm. Because of its original condition we have elected not to clean the arm and the dust you see in the pictures is from the box and packaging. The original hangtag remains attached to the lever and the “Forged Steel Receiver” sticker still adorns the buttstock.

The barrel is marked ‘Winchester Model 94AE CAL 45 COLT.’ over ‘Made in New Haven, Conn. U.S.A. Winchester Proof Steel’ and is proofed marked ‘PW’ within a circle on top, near the receiver. The serial number is marked on the bottom left side of the receiver. Deluxe spade checkering adorns the SRC style stock and long nose forend. The grain pattern is the wood is very appealing. Set into the buttstock is a W.A.C.A collector issue medallion. The round barrel is 16-inches and has a full-length, nine round, tube magazine. The bore is in new condition.

The SN matching factory box is in good shape overall, with some minor denting and scrapes here and there and has the original Custom Shop label. Comes with original paper wrap, offset hammer extension, and documents, including custom shop letter, instruction manual, warranty card, and authorized service center information.
