Refund and Returns Policy

We stand by our product representations!

All items (except ammunition) sold by The Soldier’s Attic, LLC carry an inspection and return period of three (3) business days, beginning on the date the shipment was signed for and received.  During this period, a customer must contact us to initiate the return of their purchase.  Items returned must be in the same condition and with all the same original parts as sent from our shop (all firearms must be unfired) to qualify for a refund (shipping costs not included).  Please contact the shipper and The Soldier’s Attic, LLC immediately if your purchase was damaged during transit.

Note: The inspection period begins on the date an FFL dealer or individual signs for and receives the shipment from the carrier.  The period does not begin when the firearms is transferred to and picked up by the customer – retrieve your firearm from the FFL as soon as possible to avoid missing the inspection period.
