This is an excellent condition 9mm kurz/.380 ACP pistol. The bluing is excellent, no handling marks and no areas of wear, the bore is beautiful, and the chamber is clean and bright – it appears to have been fired very little, if at all. Walther began manufacturing the PPK/S to meet the import requirements contained within the Gun Control Act of 1968. Ranger Manufacturing, of Gadsden Alabama, acquired domestic manufacturing rights sometime around 1980 and, along with Interarms of Alexandria, Virginia as the distributor, manufactured these handguns until the late 1990’s. Although Interarms has not released any SN/date record keeping, my research indicates this pistol was manufactured ca. 1983/84. The box does not match the serial number of the pistol, but is in excellent condition and comes with instructions, cleaning rod, and spare 7-round magazine. This is a fantastic looking piece that needs to be added to your collection! See pictures for overall condition. FFL required for purchase.
