Smith and Wesson Model 19-2, .357 Combat Magnum, with original, matching box and paperwork. Six-shot, double-action Smith and Wesson revolver that is built on the square butt K-frame with four screws and has a 4-inch barrel. The front sight is the 1/8-inch Baughman Quick Draw with plain ramp base while the rear sight is adjustable. Our .357 Combat Magnum also features a .265-inch service trigger, shrouded extractor rod, and walnut diamond target grips with silver S&W medallions. The fluted cylinder is recessed around the charge holes. Blued finish with color case on the hammer and trigger.
Serial number matches on both yolk and butt; assembly numbers match on both crane and grip strap, bottom left side. SN places manufacturer in 1965. This Smith and Wesson Model 19-2 is in excellent condition with an extremely faint dragline on the cylinder and only a couple of light handling marks. The action is tight and smooth. The bore is in as new condition. A very well cared for S&W Model 19-2 and barely fired.
The box is marked .357 Combat Magnum on one end and on the other with the model, caliber, finish, barrel length, stock type, and matching serial number. The blue covering is flaking at the edges and a few places on the top. The corners are tight and undamaged. The interior is in very good shape with the Statement of Liability and Warranty crisp and legible. Paperwork includes the manual and the Statement of Liability and Warranty card, both in excellent condition with original owners notes that include matching SN and date of purchase.
