For Sale: Ruger New Model Blackhawk w/case

Ruger New Model Blackhawk manufactured in 1998 with original, matching plastic case.  Features 6-shot cylinder; adjustable rear sight; ramp-style front blade sight; transfer bar safety; rosewood grips with silver Phoenix medallions; anodized trigger guard, ejection rod housing, and grip straps; hammer finished in the white; blued cold hammer forged 6 ½ inch barrel; and blued frame.

Markings include ‘RUGER .357 MAGNUM CAL.’/NEW MODEL BLACKHAWK’ on the left side of the frame with the serial number on the right side.  The barrel has the warning statement over ‘STURM, RUGER & CO. INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.’ on the left side.  ‘XRN-3RED/10’ is marked on the grip frame, left side, under the grips.  The rear face of the cylinder is marked ‘S’, ‘0’, and punch mark while the front face is unmarked.

A previous owner marked both sights with white paint and got a little on the trigger guard, right side, just above the trigger.  The ejector housing has some handling marks in the finish and the cylinder has light drag lines.  The bore is clean and bright with sharp rifling.  The action is crisp and functions flawlessly.  Original plastic Ruger marked pistol case included.  Known for their quality and accuracy, Ruger New Model Blackhawks are popular among both collectors and shooters.
