Admired by soldier, lawman, and outlaw alike, the Colt Single-Action Army (SAA) revolver gained fame during western expansion and wild west days of U.S. history. Well-loved, this fully functional commercial Colt SAA is chambered in .38-40 WCF and has a 4¾ -inch barrel. Manufactured in 1904.
Some blued finish remains primarily on low points, such as portions of the barrel, cylinder flutes, and ejector spring housing, while the remaining metal surfaces have browned with age. Both numbers and letters of factory marks remain sharp. Hard plastic grips are in very good condition with some rounded edges from handing. The bore is in good overall condition and is clean with a dullish appearance and visible, defined rifling. Here is a perfect Colt Single-Action Army for Cowboy Action Shooting or plinking down at the range. See pictures for overall condition. FFL or C&R required for purchase.
